My name is Simon Quilisch and I am 24 years old. I come from Berlin and have completed my bachelor's degree in Berlin and The Hague in recent years. I am a very open-minded person who enjoys meeting new people and I am motivated, willing to learn, resilient and responsible, which is why I would like to further develop and expand my practical skills during a stay.
In addition to my studies, I also gained valuable experience in the catering sector. So I served breakfast at the Novotel Hotel and prepared small dishes at an organic food store, which further increased my interest in cooking. My curiosity and openness to other cultures led me, among other places, to New Zealand, where I gained international work experience. I am fascinated by languages ​​and intercultural encounters, which is also reflected in my fluent English and some knowledge of French. In my free time I enjoy sports, such as football and snowboarding, as well as my passion for cooking.

My working experience:
In the past I have done a lot of different Jobs I worked in a Hotel as an waiter and as an kitchen assistance. So I have experience in preparing food, taking orders and cleaning tables.
In addition I worked for Amnesty international in Berlin and counted signatures for people there were wrongly convicted in different countries.
Furthermore I worked for an Merchendaising company in Berlin and sell clothes to people on international concerts.
