I love connecting with others and spreading joy. I am motivated by creativity and ideas. What brings me happiness: nature, flowers, animals, people, meditation, dancing, eating, exploring.

Experienced English teacher and published author looking for her dream Workaway experience!
—3-5 hours/day (childminding, elderly companionship, art, teaching)
— desire to connect culturally and personally (I'd love to be an adopted sister/daughter/auntie!)
— organic meals when possible :) I can cook for myself, too
— 1 to 6 weeks
— I need to work online M-F from 4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Central European time

My background: I have been an English and social studies teacher in the U.S. and Mexico City. I have the most experience with kids ages 11-18, but am able to take care of kids at any age. Most recently, I've begun an online business and have departed on a trip-around-the-world! I have lots of experience dog sitting and cat sitting, too.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I was a public school teacher in Portland, Oregon, USA for over four years. I taught English literature, writing, social studies (history), and journalism. I taught English literature and writing in Mexico City, Mexico for two years. Additionally, I have lots of experience tutoring students 11 ages and up.

I'm also decent at gardening and enjoy working with my hands! I can cook, bake, and have healing personal conversations. I enjoy guiding other people to be their most authentic selves!
