Hi, welcome to my profile :))

My name is Melodie, and I am a 22-year-old curious and lively French student. Starting in September, I will be writing my thesis on energy sufficiency and sustainability. I would love to spend my free time traveling and volunteering in Europe, meeting people with similar interests, and building lifelong memories.

I'm looking for a Workaway experience that would unite two of my great passions: being in contact with nature and/or people, and making myself useful.
Whether I'm hiking, practicing extreme sports like canyoning, surfing, and parachute jumping, or running a nonprofit that introduces children to art, my spontaneity, joie de vivre, and dynamism follow wherever I go.
My other passions include sustainability, music (with this first name, I didn't have much choice!), theater, and cooking for the people I love.

I'm new to Workaway but I've had several student jobs, including selling fruits and vegetables at markets and in a greengrocer's shop, and would be glad to share my experience and make good use of everything I've learned.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm new to Workaway, but I've worked as a market vendor, and in a fair-trade grocery store, so I have a solid knowledge of fruit and vegetables, responsible agriculture, and short distribution channels. I also learned how to help socially interact with every kind of customers
I have been described by my friends and previous employers as adaptable, learning fast, and always willing to discover new areas and give my best.
