Hey, my name is Maggie. I’m a 21 year old student studying Global Humanities in Rome. I’m in my third year of studying and hope to graduate this summer. I’m a part time TEFL qualified English teacher to both children and adults as well as an art writer for a couple of magazines! I have three years in teaching experience and four years in childcare experience. My hobbies include; writing, playing the drums, ballet and yoga.

After participating in a variety of different Workaway across Europe, my next goal is to travel around Japan next autumn, so I’m looking for any opportunities that I can find either in a city or the countryside. Look forward to chatting. All the best, Maggie.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Childcare - I have four years in babysitting experience, including working as an au pair for two families in Rome and London. I am always happy to provide references from families I've worked with in the past.

Gardening & Eco Projects - I've worked on two gardening projects this year in Italy where I acquired skills such as; weeding, cementing tiles, cutting grass, planting flowers, measuring, clearing spaces.

Hospitality - I've worked as a waitress and in a cafe in Rome so have experience in; customer service, serving, cleaning, working at a till and stock count.

Marketing - I have two years of digital marketing experience from my role as a digital marketing assistant for a technology company.

English Teacher - I have my TEFL qualification allowing me to teach English to beginners in the language, I also work in Rome as a part time tutor.

Most importantly I'm always up for giving anything a go and love to learn new skills!😊
