Les activités qui nous intéressent :

We are both super passionate about food & cooking, especially vegan/vegetarian - Jos is actually a trained chef! Currently we are curious to learn more about permaculture, foraging and wild cooking :)

Description

We would love to support and get to know you and your beautiful home places. Get inspired and build community and visions for a better future together, preferably without borders and consciously respectful of nature and all people around us :))) We are passionate about (vegan) food and cooking, (left) political & social activism, nature/hiking/camping, community & connection. Jos has been working as a chef at a local, seasonal, social restaurant in NL for the past 5 years. Lotta has been working as an activist, social worker, researcher with undocumented migrants in GER & NL for the past 3 years. In July 2025 we had to leave our home in Utrecht and decided to take it as a leap of faith, leave our jobs too and go on a trip, no set destination or duration: We are open to requests and recommendations anywhere - feel free to reach out! Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Jos has been working as a chef at a local, seasonal, social restaurant in NL for the past 5 years. He has a background in journalism and screenwriting. Lotta has been working as an activist, social worker and researcher with undocumented migrants in GER & NL for the past 3 years. She has also worked in gastronomy many years as well as on a farm. Together we have hosted monthly vegan community dinners for the past 2 years. We are both very open, easygoing and adaptive people who are used to working in a team with people from many different backgrounds. We are also generally curious and excited to learn new skills and perspectives.
