Hey! we are Alex and León. Nice to meet you!!

We are a couple of friends who have decided to take a leap, quit their jobs and trysomething different. We both grew up in a small coastal town in southern Spain called Jerez de la Frontera. You might know it if you’re into wine or Flamenco music—definitely a cool place to call home!

Alex;
I studied Physics in Manchester, UK, and now I’m working in Madrid doing tech support. I’m all about surviving the hustle of the city, but lately, I’ve been looking for a place closer to nature, somewhere to slow down and just relax a bit.

I’m super into playing the guitar, practicing sports, and picking up new languages. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and I’m currently working on getting fluent in French and Italian too—slowly but surely!
I’ve also done a fair bit of volunteering, with an old Workaway account and a bunch of EU community programs. It's something I really enjoy, and I’ve learned a lot along the way!

Leon:
I am a professional chef and have worked in various restaurants across Europe. I studied cooking in Seville, and now I live in my hometown, where I can spend more time with my family and friends.

In addition to cooking, I have a deep passion for nature and Scouting. I have been a Scout since I was very young, and now I work with my friends in a Scout group, taking care of the younger generations. We organize activities for them every Saturday, and from time to time, we take them on hiking trips through the mountains.

My hobbies include various outdoor activities. I love hiking, animals, cycling, and helping my grandfather take care of his vegetable garden.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are both highly sociable humans, Leon has been a Scout for many years which makes him a highly resourceful individual at both a social and problem-solving scale. Sacha has also spent a lot of time volunteering in different projects and has worked in permacuture, restauration, etc.

The list of skills we can offer:

- Leon is a professional cook.
- Alex is a langauge teacher and has worked in an academy.
- We have both worked as construction workers before.
- We have both worked as a children's counselor and group leader, guiding and supervising kids in various activities. ( Leon in Scouts and Sacha in a Language immersion camps for Kids)
- Leon has volunteered at a Zoo taking care of animals.
- Sacha has worked in a farm in Italy and has knowledge on gardening and farming.
