Description

I'm a positive and easy-going person that can easily adapt to new places.

After 4 years of living in Hawaii I decided to come back to Europe and currently am living in Peniche area in Portugal. I've been trying to learn Portuguese and want to get to know the country more.

My biggest passion right now is surfing. This summer I'm taking a break from work and want to travel, meet people, be creative, learn, teach and give back. And of course surf!

Whether you need help with your kids, your farmstay, homeschooling, gardening, DIY work, computer work, I'd be happy to contribute my time and skills!

I've had great experiences volunteering and work-awaying while traveling in the past and greatly appreciate this more authentic way to travel, meet people and explore new places.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m interested in permaculture and am looking for places to gain more experience and learn more about permaculture, gardening, sustainable living.

I can also help out with anything like cooking, bar, reception, building, cleaning, gardening, farming, fixing computers, updating websites.

I have converted my own van few years ago so can do woodwork and use drills, saws etc.

I LOVE cooking! I've never worked in a professional kitchen but did a lot of cooking as a volunteer at festivals, permaculure projects, soup kitchens etc.

I enjoy cleaning! I worked for a couple of summers as a cleaner in Norway.

- I’ve completed Introduction to Permaculture course at Semilla Yoga Permaculture Farm in Spain.
- I volunteered for 1 week at Mindful Farm in Thailand and 3 weeks at Pulau Bidan Permaculture in Malaysia.
- I have a yoga teacher training certification and practice daily.
- I have a degree in Computer Science, so I'm happy to help you with your website, blog, online advertising, etc.
- I also love making videos and taking photos but typically don't travel with my own equipement
- I love building stuff or repairing bicycles.
