Hey :)
I'm Julius and I'm 19 years old. I successfully passed my »Abitur« in Germany in July 2022. Hence, I'm currently in the middle of my gap year before I want to start studying at university in October. This year I want to gain as much experience as possible.

I come from a small town in Germany with many surrounding villages, so I am already kind of used to rural life. I also have two younger sisters with whom I enjoy spending time. My family and I live in our own house with a large garden, so I have experience in many household activities as well as gardening. Our family dog, a golden retriever, also plays an important role for me: I love to spend time with her and go for long walks with her.

During my time as a workawayer, I'd like to gain many new experiences, get to know new cultures and thus broaden my horizons overall. I'm open to many new adventures - be it childcare, support in the household and garden, work on a farm or something completely different!

In the last few months, I've already gained some work experience, including working as a cashier and as an ice cream seller in the summer. Personally, I would describe myself as an open, understanding and trustworthy person. Additionally, I think that I'm someone who is exactly between »extroversion« and »introversion«: On the one hand, I love to make new contacts and to socialize but on the other hand, I also like to enjoy a moment or two on my own.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Before my time as a workawayer, I was already able to gain some work experience. I worked in an ice cream parlour for 3 years and was also a cashier in a German supermarket - both jobs where I realised that I definitely enjoy working with other people!
In my free time, I also like to cook and bake for my family, which is why I am convinced that preparing food should be absolutely no problem for me. :) In addition, I could of course already gain a lot of experience in typical household tasks, gardening and childcare. I am a quick learner, so I am open to many activities and new challenges do not scare me at all! :)
