Description
taking a break from my home in Los Angeles to travel around and work! I'm looking for new experiences and new friends :)
I speak English fluently and speak enough French, Spanish, and Italian to get by (around b.1 level)
i have a background in art, and can do things like graphic design, photoshop, and jewelry fabrication. I like to learn new skills, and learn from others!
My priority right now is to learn how to be more of a handyman. I've had some great times working in construction and would love to practice and learn more.... I have skills in silversmithing and I've found a lot of the workflows for working with wood or stone are the same. I like to get my hands dirty and work hard!

Julie lived with us for 2 weeks in October 2024. That was incredible and enjoyable time for us. Children loved her, she is funny, responsible and hard working. We left our children with her and went out and she managed very well. Wish Julie stayed longer

Havng Julie around was great! She has a good sense of humor, unique personality and some amazing stories to tell.
It felt smooth and natural to have Julie in the house - low maintanance, no stress and good company. She was up for the tasks that we had in mind and showed initiative to learn and do more.

I had a great time at Mel and Nico’s!
They’re such a lovely couple and my 2 weeks there were filled w great company and lots of laughter .

Being in the foie gras farm was really a unique experience.
Fabien and his family were very welcoming, and I learned a lot about the lifecycle of the duck.

I had a great time with Daria, Matthieu, and Leon! My friend Carlos and I stayed for about 3 weeks in Feb-March. We spent most of our time helping them set up their new house ( eg painting, plastering, some woodwork) as well as doing a couple odds and ends around the campsite. we worked from around 10 am to 4pm 5 days a week.

-this ranch was a wild ride!! Goreme is a beautiful dusty town with lots of caves and UNESCO heritage sites and places to explore
