Hello, my name is Julia and I'm 20. I'm from Poland. I study two degrees at the same time: Applied Linguistics and Psychology in English. I love traveling, singing and learning foreign languages. I'm fluent in English, Spanish and Polish. I'm speak also a bit of French (my level is B1)

I absolutely adore experiencing new challenges and getting to know other people. I've been a vegetarian for 9 years now. I don't eat meat and fish. I'm responsible, reliable and sociable. 

In 2021 I spent 5 weeks with a lovely family in Valencia, in Spain. They have two sons: 8 and 10 years old. They were amazing, we hit it off right away and we're still in touch. I love taking care of children and spending time with them.

In 2023 I spent 7 weeks with an amazing family in Montreal, in Canada. They have a son (an 8 years old) and a daughter (an 2,5 years old). It was a pleasure to spend time with them and I feel really lucky that they chose me as their workawayer. I took care of the kids, mostly of the youngest one, helped around the house (cleaning and doing laundry) and with renovating the kitchen and the basement.


I’m a talkative and open person. Kids like spending time with me.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I work with children as a languages teacher and every lesson is another adventure. That's why I love my job. It's impossible to predict how the lesson will look. Every child is completely different and has a completely different needs and way of being. Every day I learn something new from them and I think that is amazing. My mum works as a teacher in elementary school. When I visit her it is always for me hard to believe how much love and how many challenges they can give you. My mum used to work as a nursery school teacher too. So I know how to work with a toddler too. I have a younger brother and a lot of younger cousins and sometimes I take care of them. It's not always easy, because they can have a bad day as we all, so I know how important patience and comprehension are.

Also I have already an experience with this page and thanks to it I spent 5 weeks in Valencia with a family of four people.
