Hi, my name Isın. I am a Food technologist who likes to travel. My travelling journey began when I was 15 and begin to live different country from family for my study reason. on my bacheleor's 1st year i did my firs travel alone to europe by interrail :) travel and espiacaly helping locals with their job by learning their actual culture and espicaly food culture is my motivation to travel. After my bachelor's ı worked in a realy different country than i used to and currently liing in ıtaly as an Italian food and wine student ON a beatiful city of padova in padova university. In my free time I like to talk with people, grab a beer or try to distinguish the difference s between wines. Also I love to read books (especially classics), and warching films (espicaly cult ones).

First of all since i am food technologist i have high level of understanding fermantation process also brewery and wineries. Also i have basic knowledge about pruning, and some agricultural technics. i am able to help also with my english if needed. thanks to the my current master degree i have knowledge of typical foods in italy including niche product and certficaated product. Later than this, i am a part time traveler who travelled around europe but also some middle east countries.
