Hey there! I’m Hamza, an entrepreneur who’s co-founded two startups and spent most of my career helping businessess and start-up grow and reach their full potential. But after years of chasing success, I realized that real growth comes from new experiences and connections. I first got a taste of adventure when I backpacked through Europe at 18, and while my travels since have been scattered, I’m ready to dive back into it full-on. I’m looking to learn from hosts like you and bring value wherever I can. I’ve got strong experience in sales and relationship management, which makes me great with people—whether it’s leading groups, hosting events, or helping grow a business. I’ve also got an entrepreneurial spirit, so I love taking initiative and tackling challenges head-on.

I have a strong background in education, having successfully run my own education company in the UK. Through this venture, we helped students of all ages excel in their studies, improve their English skills, and provided tailored support for those with learning difficulties. I am currently teaching English part-time at LUISS University.

I’m passionate about helping businesses thrive, whether through refining sales strategies, optimizing processes, or fostering key partnerships. With experience co-founding startups and driving revenue growth in the tech, consumer goods, and fintech sectors, I’ve worked with everyone from early-stage entrepreneurs to large enterprises. I bring a hands-on approach to problem-solving and love identifying new opportunities for growth. Whether it's increasing sales, launching new products, or helping you with your marketing strategy, I'm always excited to share what I’ve learned and help take your business to the next level.

I’m hands-on by nature. From helping with DIY projects to working with animals, I enjoy getting involved in whatever’s needed. I’m also a fast learner and can adapt to new tasks quickly once I’m taught. I also have a background in education, having taught math, science, and English, and led a team of educators through a small online tutoring company.

In my downtime, I cherish spending time with my family and indulging in activities like reading, listening to podcasts, and going on walks and drives. I’m a true adventurer at heart, always eager to explore new places—even right in my own country. Each day is a new opportunity to discover fresh sights and connect with diverse minds.

Travel has always been a way for me to learn and grow, and I believe the best way to do that is by immersing myself in different cultures and environments. Im a very adaptable individual and a fast learner. I've split up skills into 'Broader Skills' and then 'CV Skills'.

Broader Skills:
-DIY (basic but something I'm definitely looking to build particularly electricals, plumbing etc) Ive had experience in putting up wall paper, floor boards, painting rooms, basic assembly, helping with landscaping the garden etc
-Cleaning
-Gardening (basic but something id like to get more into)
-Cooking (really enjoy it and pretty good as long as I have a recipe in hand!)
-Childminding
-Tutoring in core subjects (Maths, Science and English) and in other extracurriculars
-Coaching/Mentoring


CV Skills include:
Starting a business from the ground up with no initial funding and support. Bootstrapping and raising capital to fund initial costs.
Efficiently leading a team and managing a group of stakeholders including employees, interns, customers, and partners. Pitching to high-net-worth investors under high-pressure environments.
Analysing the market trends, competition and regulations and using that to devise, adjust and improve KPIs
Marketing- Planning and executing marketing plans to successfully increase awareness, following and customer base.
Customer Service- Establishing and maintaining high-quality customer service through extensive follow-up and by providing a great service.
