Hello! My name is Hannah I am 22, and I just graduated college with a degree in Anthropology. I am unsure and overwhelmed figuring out what is next for me post-grad. That said, I figured this was a great time to travel and learn new skills and meet new people!

I am motivated by making connections, whether that be with people, animals, nature, or crafts. I love having projects and learning new things. Like, right now, I am obsessed with sewing. I am a very enthusiastic learner. At the same time, I also love to hang out and joke around. That is to say, I love to work when it is time to work and relax when it is time to relax.

I am looking for new experiences and to learn new skills. Working on a dairy farm is a dream of mine, not exactly sure why, but it is, haha. I love animals so much, so being a part of a farm would be wonderful. I would also love to help with restoration and/or carpentry. I love old homes and furniture. I also love kids, and I would be very very open to helping out with childcare.

I want to discover more about Ireland. It has always been a dream of mine to live there, and this feels like a great way to make that dream come true! I am also super interested in possibly working in Scotland.

Lastly, I am queer, and looking for a queer-friendly environment. Also, I believe in a free Palestine/Congo/Sudan and am looking for a host who shares those values.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am great with animals. A part from my own dogs growing up, I have dog-sat and walked for families in my respective neighborhoods.

I am not sure that this is a special skill but I am a very curious person. Like I mentioned, I majored in anthropology. My professors instilled in me a particular curiosity and approach to examining the world around me. My studies mostly focused on interrogating systems of power and oppression and identifying myself within such structures.

I would say that I am a friendly person who is good at working with other people. I listen thoughtfully and take direction well.

Like I mentioned earlier, I love to sew. While I am still a beginner, I am learning fast and would love to help out with any such needs.
