Description
Hello :) I am a former English teacher from Washington DC and have lived nomadic explorer lifestyle for about 4 years both in and outside the states. I am self-motivated but prefer to be part of a team. I love swimming, hiking, laughing, animals, sunrises, exercise, yoga, meditation, writing and many many more things. I have experience with building offgrid, farm and livestock experience, I've managed hostels and done artwork around the world. I'm a whitewater raft guide and yoga teacher. I am always looking to learn new skills and happy to share what I know.

At my previous WWOOF we did lots of Painting/ stains, trenching, sanding, rock work, plaster, cob, concrete flooring, mosaics.
At home I enjoyed growing my small garden, watermelon, green beans, peppers, tomatoes and squash.
In my previous career I was a high school english teacher, and then I did behavior intervention for young children.

I have worked many jobs in my travels including yoga teacher, white water rafting guide, farm director (cow, goats and chickens) bartender and party planner. I've even worked as a cook :)

Hanna is one of the sweetest volunteers in the farm. We like her energy so much. Usually we would try to make volunteers in the farm feel good. But with her here, we didn't need to do that anymore. I had an amazing time here, Ha and his family are so sweet and welcoming! the work was satisfying and I learned a lot about livestock and farming. the community and dynamics are great, i hope to come back someday

It was lovely to have Hanna with us. She got along well with other volunteers as well as our workers and Taco, our fur baby. She helped us almost in all areas we needed i.e. gardening, sweeping, flyering, painting, decorating our place during the live concert and preparing tickets. I had a wonderful time at the bar and the family that comes with it. First and Non are a very friendly couple and made me feel at home immediately. The work ranged from gardening to flyering and painting. First's food was incredible! I will never forget this place and I hope to come back one day🩵🌞
