Abe just fit right in - because basically he is a warm and lovely guy who is easy-going, has a great work ethic and is interested in everything! We enjoyed his conversation (his wit), his cooking skills and appreciation of what we put on the table - and he’s welcome back anytime as a friend!

While I only stayed for 10 days, as Laury was looking for another workawayer and I was in the area, I could easily (and much rather) have stayed much longer. I could have stayed a year! We didn't host Grace but Abe and his friend Kylie for part of the time.
We were delighted and lucky to have them both with us, helping with the fence, the garage, the painting and many other useful tasks they did with care. We loved sharing meals, hikes and family reunion with them. Abe definatly improved his french and Justine her english !… read more
