¡Hola!

Me llamo Frida y soy una escritora / profesora viajando por Sudamérica hasta marzo 2022. Durante esta época, busco aprender sobre lo siguiente:

- El chamanismo y plantas maestras (Ayahuasca, San Pedro, etc.)
- Equinoterapia / Doma natural
- Círculos de mujeres
- Permacultura

Al final de mis viajes, tengo la ambición de abrir un centro de curación en Europa que use ayahuasca y terapia equina para ayudar a las mujeres traumatizadas.

Experiencia:

2 meses como traductora en un centro de Ayahuasca en el Amazon Peruana, apoyando los huespedes con su proceso

3 meses como voluntaria en un centro de Ayahuasca y San Pedro en Ecuador, ayudando traduciendo durante ceremonias, dando clases de yoga y talleres sobre crecimiento personal, cocinando y en general apoyando el proceso de curación de todos los participantes (gaiasagrada.com)

2 meses en un retiro de equitación y yoga en Costa Rica, cuidando los caballos y aprendiendo practicando la equitación natural bajo la instrucción de la mágica Terry. (kindredspiritscr.com)

3 2 meses en un rancho en México (¡regresé!). Jardinería biológica, equitación, entrenamiento de caballos, paseos guiados por turistas, cuidado de animales, reparaciones de ranchos, pintura, trabajo en viñedos, embotellado, etiquetado, limpieza de senderos, construcción de muros ... ¡todo! Toda la comunicación con el ranchero en español. (rancholaventa.com)

15 años montando a caballo; aprendí como niña en estilo inglés, pero prefiero la equitación "Western" (natural) y estoy buscando aprender más sobre esto.

7 años enseñando inglés a niños y adultos, incluyendo campamentos residenciales de verano. Tengo titulaciones y referencias.

Hello!

I'm a writer and teacher currently travelling South America looking to learn about the following:

- Shamanic Healing & Plant Medicines (Ayahuasca, San Pedro etc)
- Equine Therapy / Natural Horsemanship
- Women's Circles
- Permaculture

At the end of my travels, I'm hoping to open a healing centre in Europe that uses ayahuasca and equine therapy.

Experience:

2 months as a translator at an Ayahuasca centre in the Peruvian Amazon, helping the guests through their process

3 months as at an Ayahuasca and San Pedro retreat centre in Ecuador, assisting & translating during ceremonies, leading yoga and workshops on personal growth, cooking, gardening and generally supporting the healing process of all participants (gaiasagrada.com)

2 months in Costa Rica, helping the amazing Terri with her equine therapy retreat in the jungle. Terri teaches yoga with horses to help people heal from trauma. Her methods are gentle and based on Natural Horsemanship. I exercised her five horses and worked as a guide on trail rides. (kindredspiritscr.com)

3 2 months on a ranch in Mexico (I returned!). Organic gardening, riding, training horses, guiding trail rides, animal care, ranch repairs, painting, vineyard work, bottling, labelling, trail clearing, wall-building... everything! All communication with the ranchero in Spanish. (rancholaventa.com)

15 years horse riding; schooled in English style but prefer American (natural) Horsemanship and am looking to learn more about this.

7 years teaching English to children and adults, including residential summer camps. I have qualifications and references.
