Hi, My name is Eri.
4years ago, I did WWOOF in New Zealand for 1year. It was a great experience.
I had learned permaculture, vegan cooking, gardening, taking care animals, building, and how to live happily ever after! It had a huge impact on my life.
After I returned to Japan, I've started cooking vegan food, gardening and I've serving it to people.
I'm friendly and outgoing. I have a strong sense of responsibility.
I like to travel around the world and Japan, to meet new people, to have a new experience, to know culture.

I am a lover of fermented food cooking. l make koji, miso, bread made from koji, broad bean paste. Also, I create skin lotion and medicine made from Japanese wild herbs.

I had such a special time here. I was inspired by what Jamie, Suzy and the team have created. Here is full of love and kindness. People being involved in the retreat are so lovely. Everyone makes me comfortable and happy.

Eri was a pleasure to have in our home. She was adaptable and tried many new things, not afraid to give anything a go. She was so helpful in the home, in the garden, with our dog who had just had surgery and she was always creating things and busy even in her own time. We would recommend her highly.

Renee and Trish are very wonderful people. They cook lots of vegetable from their fantastic garden. Renee always cook dinner. Trish cook zucchini pie and fish pie. All of meal that they made were absolutely beautiful!! Also there're many kinds of jams that Renee made. That's excellent!

Tracy was really sick while I was staying at Fogwarts. But she always cared me about everything. she talked with me as much as she could. I learned about rescued greyhound, how to make butter and ice cream, how to care big garden. The job was easy. picking berry, watering, harvest, weeding, feeding chicken and dogs, moping, making bread and scone… read more

Sorry for late feedback, Im still trying to catch up with everything after all the chaos with no computer and being sick!
Eri stayed with us for almost two weeks and we couldn't have asked for better help just at the right time.

Karlum is such a kindly, clever, frisky person. My first day when I got to station at11:00pm(The ferry was delayed), she came to pick me up. Next day she took me on beach, organic shop, seeing the sunset. I can use comfy electrical bike whenever I want to go somewhere. How kind and great you are! Eri is full of curiosity, has a great capacity to find the fun in everything she does, and was quick to pick up on the household routine. I had an amazing time with Maree and Ron. She helped me with my work greatly. I like her singing, dancing, cooking. I always enjoyed talking to her. And She made lots of my business plan!! It feels like I’ve broadened my horizons.
