Hi! I'm Enora, I'm from Brittany, in France.
I work both as an organic grower and chef and as a French and English teacher wherever I can.
Recently, I've been studying to know more about regenerative farming and self-sufficiency, as I care deeply about land and the relationships we share with it. I have come to Japan to discover and infuse knowledge and methods of cooking, living, speaking...
Coming from a rural area, I have always found peace in calm and around nature, and I'm not scared of putting myself at work!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience in working in kitchens and with children/teenagers. I've also been working on a small-scale farm-to-fork restaurant in the South-West of Ireland, as both gardener and chef, so I have experience with organic garden work. Some of my jobs included planting, preparing the soil, watering with a rotating irrigation system, feeding the plants with seaweed or spreading manure, harvesting seasonal vegetables and fruits... All of this whilst being attentive to the signs of the plants needs. I am a fast learner and I enjoy doing new things so I'm ready for hardwork!
