Hello! My name is Edita and I was born in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. I spent one year in Italy, Turin, where i completed my LL.M and internship related to International law. Before this master I used to wark as a lawyer in the law firm. I have decided to take a break and to do something pleasant - travel! I am looking forward to learn new languages, know better new cultures and people.. and.. to escape the cold Lithuanian weather!
I am friendly, social, tolerant person. In my previous LL.M my peers were from 28 different States. I met wonderful people. I believe that I will meet amazing people again during my traveling and will spend great time in new environment!

After traveling in Europe, then working again... .. .. I have decided to get out of the comfort zone, which means good old Europe and go further for the other adventures in other parts of this beautiful planet!

Currently I do some remote work and also work with my business plan. This whole situation made me to come back to Europe and to my native country. Anyway, as the situation is getting controlled in Europe, I decided to travel to my favorite country in Europe, to enjoy a beautiful environment and find an inspiration in it for my future business projects.

After a few years of the "break" I am coming back to workaway platform in order to have new experiences. I am a digital nomad, working on a certain projects, also writing travel stories, therefore looking forward for a new inspiration/experiences and adventures.

Edita is a person with whom it is very easy to get along. From the first day we were having fun with the tasks and flowing wonderfully at work and living together. When she arrived at the project, she began to work with another volunteer who was directing a work that she was doing in the project, and Edita began to make holes for the first time in… read more her life with a drill. From that day on, she did not stop working with the drill for 3 days, ending up finishing the work together with her partner. She is a person who dares with everything and who has a very good attitude to face new challenges and learning. She is always making jokes, ready to laugh with everyone and at herself, and since it's something I also love, we didn't stop joking about holes until she came up with the perfect superhero name: Holly Molly. .
Regarding the coexistence and the rest of the work that she has carried out, it must be said that everything has been perfect. She has shown initiative, she has been constantly interested in how to do things and how to improve what she wanted to do or was doing, and she has always maintained her good humor and joy. She especially fell in love with Llumbo, a dog that has a very special soul and has joked a lot that he was going to steal it from me, but the truth is that he had no choice but to see us again to be able to enjoy it again hahaha. It's easy to miss those people who make you smile every day, and edita is one of those people.

Edita es una persona con la que es muy fácil llevarse bien. Desde el primer día estuvimos divirtiéndonos con las tareas y fluyendo de maravilla en el trabajo y la convivencia. Al llegar al proyecto ella se puso a trabajar con otra voluntaria que dirigía una obra que se estaba realizando en el proyecto, y Edita empezó a hacer agujeros por primera vez en su vida con un taladro. Desde ese día no paró de trabajar con el taladro por 3 días, terminando por concluir la obra junto con su compañera. Es una persona que se atreve con todo y que tiene muy buena actitud para enfrentarse a nuevos retos y aprendizajes. Ella está siempre haciendo bromas, dispuesta a reírse con todo el mundo y de ella misma y como es algo que a mí también me encanta no paramos de bromear con el tema de los agujeros hasta que se le quedo el nombre de superheroína perfecto: Holly Molly.
En cuanto a la convivencia y el resto de trabajo que ella ha realizado decir que todo ha sido perfecto. Ha mostrado iniciativa, se ha interesado constantemente en como hacer las cosas y como mejorar en lo que quería hacer o estaba haciendo y ha mantenido siempre su buen humor y alegría. Ella se enamoro especialmente de Llumbo, un perro que tiene un alma muy especial y ha bromeado mucho con que me lo iba a robar, pero lo cierto es que no le quedara mas remedio que volver a vernos para poder volver a disfrutar de el jajaja. Es fácil echar de menos a esa gente que te hace sonreír todos los días, y edita es una de esas personas.

Edita is a great companion and a lovely person to talk to. She managed to learn new tasks and helped me to give our kitchen a whole new life! Which included painting walls and putting wallpaper on.
