Description
Travelling Central America for 4 months. I intend to travel slowly and stay in places I feel comfortable and happy. I am really interested to learn more about maintenance of machinery, woodworking, farming, sailing and other general life skills.

I love all things water related - diving, boating, free diving, even hanging around in hot engine rooms. But not fishing! I hold my skippers tickets and have spent the last 2 years driving commercial boats in the remote islands of Australia. While the water has played a big part of my life in the recent years, I am feeling drawn to learning about permaculture and other aspects of farming and food growing.

I have loved doing workaways in the past and looking forward to start doing them again. I believe it's the perfect way to travel.

This was an absolutely incredible workaway experience. Barbara was able to take me on, very last minute and I'm so thankful she did. Her house is a jungle paradise away from the hustle and bustle of main town Utila and very close to a quiet beach. We have to say that Ebony was nothing short of a gem to work with. She took direction wonderfully, brought an energy that was delightful and was an overall treat to have. You would be fortunate to have her stay with you. We know we were. Thanks again Ebony.
