Description

I’m on a sabbatical from work - I may or may not go back to the career world in IT Marketing. I’d like to use this time as a discovery year to explore all the things that might enrich my life further as well as to give back.
I’m the proud mother of two sons - a doctor and an engineer. I’m originally from Colombia but have made England my home since 1999 after living in several counties following my now ex-husband’s career in the oil industry. I’m a keen gardener and a striving artist.

I can speak my native Spanish and English almost as a native.
I love gardening; I created a vegetable patch during lockdown - I’m particularly proud of my asparagus.
I like decorating, upcycling furniture, and wish to develop my painting skills beyond watercolour and ink.

I’m involved as a volunteer in the local hospital helping to maintain the gardens. I’m also in the committee of my local Women’s Institute. I do Zumba and love going for walks in the countryside.
