Hi! we are Chris and Ali! we are traveling through Europe from October to march!
We are looking for opportunities to learn new things and meet interesting people!
Chris is a chef and a gardener and Ali is a server and also works in the wine industry.
we are both very easy going people who love to be in nature.

we would love to practice our spanish and French and would be interested in picking up some Portuguese. Chris taught English at a workaway in Colombia for 3 months. Ali has a degree in English.

I have worked as a chef\cook for the past 12 years. Cooking, grocery shopping on a budget, managing food cost, cleaning, customer service, fixing appliances and general maintenance are all things I'm well practiced at.
Other skils:
Basic automotive repair.
Lots of gardening experience.
CPR and choke certified
Food safety and allergen certified.

We had a great one month stay with Sarah and James on the farm despite some unusually wet weather.
We were lucky enough to be there during olive harvest. It was super cool to be involved in the process from start to finish.
Other than. Olive harvesting we took care of all the lovely animals daily. All of whom we miss… read more

The work was fair and typically less than 5 hours a day, and honestly quite fun for us!
the accommodations were nice, with a private entrance and private bathroom away from the main house.

Tefa was a amazing host, I felt welcome from the first minute and we quickly became friends. There are seldom days I don’t reflect upon my time in , even years later.
The property is beautiful, located in a fairly quiet neighborhood.
