Description

I'm a clay artist, currently on summer break from managing the clay studio at a college in Arizona. Looking to do some travelling in the Yucatan peninsula and then towards Mexico City from there. I would love to make some art to leave behind wherever I stay. I am seeking places to stay, learn, grow, lend a hand, and build connections. I would love to leave a positive mark through work and connection.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am an artist, with expertise in ceramics and sculpture. I have experience in various artistic mediums but clay is definitely my first love. I currently manage a clay studio, and have instructed or assisted in many community centers and studios over the years, with both children and adults. I also have farming experience and tend to a personal greenhouse at my home. I speak Spanish, and have experience living communally.

I'm looking to explore Mexico a bit more, to make some art and practice my Spanish. I love to learn and would love to gain some new skills while also leaving a positive impact with any workaway exchange. Given my experience in clay, natural building is a craft I am eager to try!
