Hey everyone! I´m Carla from Germany! I´m happy you wanna find out more about myself! :) I´m a very positive, openminded and humorous person that loves harmony. I´d discribe myself as an extroverted introvert haha. So I love to meet new people but at the same time enjoy being by myself.

Values that are important for me are respect, awareness, freedom, peacefulness and love.

Things that energize me are dancing, nature, swimming, good conversations, cooking, making others laugh and happy, meditation and all the beautiful smal things in life.

Before I started traveling in June I worked as a goldsmith which I like because it combines handicraft and working with customers. I´ve had some workaway experiences a few years ago, which had a very great impact on me.
I´m a very curious person and I love how travelling gives you the opportunity to get to know new cultures and diffrent ways of living. I love to be inspired and learn from others.
Self development is an important part of my life. So I see travelling alone also as a very great challenge. As a chance to get to know myself better and for personal growth.
I´m incredibly excited about this new adventure.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Due to my job as a goldsmith I´m very skilled in making jewelry and handwork in general. I also like to work with wood.

I love cooking and trying new recipes.

I've also worked in the service of a cafe so I'm having some experience in that as well.

Currently I'm volunteering in a Surfcamp so I have experience in hosting and enjoy this job a lot.

I have experience in teaching children at the age of 10 to 14 years, because of a job as a dancing instructor in the past. I also worked as a life guard at a swimming pool.

I´m an outdoor person, so it would make me happy if my work included being outside, working with animals or being part of an ecologic project.

When I was a child, our family used to have a garden, where I helped to grow salad and other vegetables. In my past workaway experience I also did some gardening, which I enjoyed a lot. I would love to start gardening again because I´ve got a lot of patience for work like that and would like to learn more in this field.

In any case, I´m not afraid of hard work and would be happy to learn new skills from you to be of any help that you need.

I already mentioned many of the things that are important to me. Besides that I care a lot about environment and living a sustainable life is of great importance to me. So I highly appreciate and conserve resources and strictly avoid food waste.

Just as I wish to be respected, it goes without saying that I will respect your space and culture when I stay with you.
