Hello everybody !! 🤞

My name is Camille, I am French (from Paris) & I'm 28 years old.
I work as a freelance Software Engineer / Web Developer 💻

I speak:
French 🇫🇷(of course!), English fluently 🇬🇧 & some Spanish 🇪🇸

My passions are:
- Animals 🐕🐴and Nature 🌳
- Travelling ✈️ discovering new cultures, meeting new people
- Workaway !!

My skills 🛠️:

- 🐴Stable skills: I know how to muck out stables and paddocks, feed and groom horses, pick out hooves, put a halter on and lead the horse to the field/ paddock, tacking up and riding. I learnt all this during my previous Workaway experiences.

- 🐕 Animal care and training : I love all animals, I would also be happy to help clean any animal space (dog kennels, chicken coops .. ) , walk dogs, feed animals and spend time with them. I can also train animals (with clicker training for example)

- 💻 Computer tasks: Since this is my job, I can easily help with websites (and teach about it)

I would also be happy to help with cooking, with baby sitting, gardenning / harvesting or anything you might need help with!

I already have experience with Workaway and my next volunteering will be my 7th experience!
My previous Workaway experiences were all about animals, particularly horses ! I volunteered at horse stables in different part of the world (Europe, Egypt, Turkey ...)

I consider myself to be open-minded and easy going, I really like people and living in a community. I'm also very adaptable, for example for the food, I eat everything, I eat meat but I'm also happy to eat only vegetarian/ vegan for a while.
Also, I smoke but I'm very respectful, I never smoke inside or where it annoys people, and always throws the cigarette butts in the ashtray / bin.


My pet 🐕:
I own an adorable dog, her name is Itzia (she's the one on my profile picture).
She is a 3 years old female Chihuahua, weighs approximately 3kg. She is vaccinated and neutered, and is treated against fleas and parasites. She is very docile, she never barks, she is very clean and house trained. She is sociable with humans of course, with all dogs (big, small, male & females), and she gets along with any animals: chicken, cats, horses ... She never hunts. She's really a sweet dog.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- 🐴Stable skills: I know how to muck out stables and paddocks, feed and groom horses, pick out hooves, put a halter on and lead the horse to the field/ paddock, tacking up and basic riding on easy horses (though I might be a bit rusty ahah ). I learnt all this during my previous Workaway experiences.

- 🐕animal training : Last year (2020) I went to a school in France to learn about clicker training (R+) & dog behaviour. We practiced clicker training on different species: dogs, horses , and even .. chickens ! aha.
I love all animals, I would also be happy to help clean any animal space (dog kennels, chicken coops .. ) , walk dogs, feed animals and spend time with them ❤️

- 💻 "Computer" tasks: Since this is my job, I can easily help with websites (and teach about it), but also digital marketing tasks

- 🍳 Cooking: I really enjoy cooking
