Description
Allow me to introduce myself - my name is Ben, I’m a recent graduate from university in the UK who is enjoying a final few months of travelling before starting my career in September. My recent adventures include surviving Vietnam's sleeper buses, storms in the peak district and snorkelling in Corfu.
I have also recently completed a few Workaway’s experiences north of Sydney as well as in Coffs Habour. These experiences have equipped me with a strong skillet to take a range of odd jobs, from pruning & weeding to sanding & paving.
I love the thrill of exploring new places, whether that means hiking in the mountains, working on a farm, or trying out your favourite foods. I’m very easygoing and always open to new ideas and ways of thinking.
When not travelling, I am an avid rower who enjoys staying active and healthy. I also love to read and am happy to share my favourite books with you.
Whether it's helping out on a farm, working in a hostel, or any other exciting opportunity, we are up for the challenge and look forward to being a part of your workaway experience!

Ben and Emily bring a diverse set of skills and knowledge to any workaway experience.
Ben has worked as a handyman in a large retail store, where he gained experience in operations, as well as fixing various types of equipment. He has also worked as a server in a large hotel, where he developed his hospitality skills and learned how to work in a fast-paced environment. Ben's people skills are also well-honed, as he has volunteered in an elderly care home and a thrift store, both of which involved one-on-one interactions with people.
Emily's volunteer work has given her valuable experience in a range of areas, from child care to community service. Emily's curiosity about the world has led her to teach in India, where she developed her teaching skills and gained a deeper appreciation for different cultures.
Together, Ben and Emily are a dynamic duo with a wealth of skills and knowledge to contribute to any workaway experience. They are eager to learn new things and are always open to new challenges. Whether it's working on a farm, helping out in a hostel, or any other opportunity that comes their way, they are ready to put their skills to use and make a positive contribution to your team.
