I'm Ashton & I'm from the USA! I am pumped to travel the world, craft memories w new friends, and change even the smallest piece of this beautiful earth for the better. Love veggies, fitness, & fun!

Description

I absolute love all things outdoors && nature :) I like to hike, roller skate, camp, bike, swim, and any and all other sorts of playing you can do outside! I studied animal veterinary science in college and am passionate about all the furry friends this beautiful earth has to offer. I currently work in social media marketing and am skilled in content creation, brand development, website design, and just really enjoy photography and creativity in general :) I also worked full time for a sports and adventure summer camp for 2 years and thrived in that fast paced environment with hard work outside majority of the day. The sun is my fuel and wild flowers and colorful vibrant things bring me the most joy in life. I'm always down for a little girls night out & love to dance. I am super pumped to get out and see what the world has waiting for me and all the ways I can make a difference/impact on people and places along my way (& vice versa).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

-Animal care: I graduated with Bachelor or Science undergrad degree in Animal Veterinary Sciences and did hands on work with all sorts of animals throughout my studies (cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, horses); I also have grown up with lots of pets (dogs, cats, even a bird!) and absolute adore animals in general :)

-Food service - I worked in a restaurant for 2 years while in high school and was a hostess as my very first job when I was 15!

-Social media: My current job is a marketing and social media manager for a few different companies; I am in charge of content creation, photography, brand development, customer engagement, and running the day to day of the many different social media platforms my company has (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, Youtube)!!! Photography is also just something I'm really passionate about in general and I love to try and see things from unique points of view and capture that in a photo (~aesthetics~ are key)!

-Gardening: I had a lot of chores growing up and a vast majority of them were yard work so I've done my fair share of pulling weeds, planting flowers, etc.! I'd love to learn more about gardeing and cultivating plants/sustainability projects in general peak my interest!

-I am a Certified Personal Trainer, have instructed yoga, and am incredibly passionate about fitness for the physical, mental, and emotional benefits it brings!! I do a lot of functional fitness, cycling, yoga, climbing, and just live a very active lifestyle in general!

-Lifeguard Instructor Certified (I can train people/certifiy them as Lifeguards!)

I am incredibly tidy and organized as a person and always keep a very clean space!

I am always down to give a helping hand in any way I can and love learning new things so if I don't know how to do it yet, teach me!

I also worked full time for a sports and adventure outdoor summer camp where we traveled all over the country hiring staff at their universities then lived 4 months out of the year in the rural mountains of Arkasas, USA to operate the camp. Throughout my summers there, I grew so much as an indivudal & learned how to truly appreciate and connect with nature. I love getting to emerse myself amongst the outdoors and take in all the beauty in the little things this awe inspiring Earth holds

I am super passionate about fitness and am a certified personal trainer! I do a lot of function fitness, yoga of all kinds, bike riding, and truly any other exercise I enjoy! I am also studying for my nutrition coach license and stretching and recovery. Nutrition and health are super important to me, and I eat a very fresh/clean diet.

I have a few hobbies currently of thrifting second hand clothes and repurposing them in a cool way (cropping them, adding patches to a garment, just all around creating something new out of something old- so many possibilities and much much better to recycle than buy clothes brand new- mother nature says thank you:)).
I also make handmade jewelry, predominantely earrings, with lots of spunky colorful character to add a little vibrant joy to anyones outfit every day!

I enjoy singing also and one of these days will finally learn how to play the guitar. An ideal evening (when I'm not out adventuring around ofc) consists of a good book in my hand or a chick flick/comedy with friends.
