Description

A few months ago I decided it was time for a major life change, and to follow my dreams, so I quit my job, the rainy country I was living in, and set off travelling. I am currently embracing being a traveller, artist and life explorer.

What motivates me and brings me happiness is learning new things, expanding my mind, awareness and knowledge, experiencing the beauty in nature and, of course, love.

Volunteering is a wonderful way to meet different people, try new things and get clearer on what’s next for me in life.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Since graduating, I have worked as an architect (until December 2021 when I left my job and the UK to go travelling). Last year I also started exploring my passion in painting more seriously and founded my art company. Whilst travelling, I have now painted several wall murals, and completed a variety of art projects, including a mosaic from pebbles.

Through another similar volunteering app, I did some volunteering for an Earthship house in Bariloche, Argentina by improving and finalising the layouts and architectural drawings for an ecoproject.
Through volunteering on Workaway, so far I have already worked on a variety of art projects, taught English, led yoga classes, taken care of pets, helped with maintenance and have generally had a great time!
I love the volunteering experience, the diversity of tasks I can get my hands on, as well as the cultural exchange with hosts, hence, I would love to continue exploring the world as a volunteer.

In the past, I have also worked as an events organiser, student ambassador, party support staff, university admin, hospitality staff, bartender and have been a volunteer at multiple festivals and events, helping with guests, organisationand management. With my skills and expertise I am sure to find some meaningful way to contribute to your project or business.

My preference is to keep exploring my artistic abilities by making your art projects come true, but I'm very open to trying and exploring new things and generally contribute in meaningful ways.

I have been travelling around South America for 5 months now and am looking forward to slow down the pace and really get to know the places I am passing by and I find volunteering to be a wonderful and meaningful way to do just that.

I love dancing, hiking, drawing, reading books, meditation, exchanging knowledge and skills and I am generally quite open and curious to learning new stuff. I would be happy to engage in any of those or other activities with my hosts and the other volunteers or travellers :)
