Mar-April '24 UPDATE : Currently, Pallavi is travelling solo.
May '24 : Looking for hosts in Italy (travelling together)

We are Pallavi (28) and Vikas (35), two nomads from India. After two years of living together, we are hoping to discover new places and experiences together. Both of us love travelling, photography and exploring different places. Professionally we are both from the creative fields: fashion, design and communication. So, naturally working on art & creative projects is a passion we share, but we also enjoy cooking and would be open to helping out in a community-based setting with other like-minded people. We are open to everything & anything! Now that both of us work as digital nomads, it's finally happening!!! :)

Pallavi is an artist, passionate about cooking and foreign languages. She lived in France for 2 years for her studies, improving her language skills, focussing on her art and travelling about whenever possible. She has had previous experiences of Workaway in France. Before the pandemic hit, she would have been stranded had it not been for the Workaway family that generously hosted her until she could find a flight back home.

Vikas is passionate about nature, photography, videography and football. A quick-learner and an old-school person, he would love to do anything that involves being hands-on. He is keen on cultural exchanges and learning new skills. He has travelled a lot, but the workaway experiences is something he started with Pallavi and our first one in Thailand went perfect :))

We are CREATIVE, HARD-WORKING, RESPONSIBLE and very social when it comes to interacting with a new group of people. Depending on the timing, we would like to stay in one place from 10 days up to 1 month. Feel free to write and ask more about us and our experiences!

We are extremely inspired by the concept of this beautiful exchange, and giving back to the WA community by becoming hosts in the future is 100% in our future plans.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

PALLAVI
is an artist first, traveller second and then a designer. A DIY-enthusiast, always open to learning new things or new ways to do things she knows. She loves cooking, drawing portraits, human figures as well as abstract expressionist art. Would be so keen if the opportunity to do a grafitti ever arises. Professionally, has had work-experience as a graphic designer, and recently as a communication design manager.

VIKAS
Coming from a big Indian family and therefore used to a noisy, happy, full house! From dogs to cows, he has grown up around animals at home and is always up for helping out. Good with fixing things, DIY, painting, and anything new. He has worked as an Art Director for the last 5 years. He also has an experience in running a Not-for-profit Football Association that he started in 2010 with his friends. He is also very comfortable around children having lived around his nephews and nieces.

Currently, both of us are working as digital nomads. So, we are also up for something that requires photography, content creation or help with website / social media presence.
