Hi! I'm an adventurous nature lover from Canada with a passion for the outdoors and new experiences! I bring enthusiasm, high energy, and a positive attitude to everything I do. I love stepping outside my comfort zone, meeting new people, learning about local cultures, gaining new hands-on skills, and staying active.
I am an animal lover with experience working in the backcountry of the Canadian Rockies, working with horses, and gardening. I also spent 5 years as a Materials Engineer, so I'm comfortable with problem-solving and technical projects. I speak basic Spanish and am eager to improve!

I had such an amazing experience staying with Louisa and would absolutely recommend this Workaway. Her home is a peaceful little slice of paradise in Bolivia. It honestly felt less like volunteering and more like spending time with a friend in the mountains with 13 lovely dogs :)

Christina stayed with me and my 11 dogs and the 2 puppies for only 1.5 weeks, but in that short time she was an incredible help! She jumped in everywhere without being asked and supported me in so many ways. Whether it was daily tasks, or cleaning the chimney pipe, feeding the puppies, stay with the dogs at home while I went to town, or heavy work… read more
