Actuellement, je suis

Description

An active, sociable, mature and trustworthy person from Liverpool, England. I started my career as a research scientist in The School of Tropical Medicine and then involved in the LifeScience industry for the last 20 years. Before leaving I had an international role as the European business director for a leading biotechnology company. Experience in sales, marketing, team building, hospitality, organisation and problem solving. Jumped of the treadmill of life and long career to make up for lost time while I'm still young, to travel the world and meet new people whilst working and helping others. Have been on the road since 2019 and will be available for the next few years or so mainly looking for long term positions where I can have a real impact and be fully immersed into the lifestyle and culture. So far have worked on a cacao farm, a
farm animal sanctuary, a wildlife centre, leatherback turtle
conservation, built schools and taught children, waited on in a beach bar and a 5* hotel. Loved every minute of all these amazing and varied opportunities and especially the wonderful friends I've made along the way.

Have helped to renovate several properties over the years building up a small portfolio and can turn my hands to almost anything practical. Experience on the road has opened my eyes and I am now vegan with a passion for the rights of all human and non human animals and conservation of the planet we share.
Enjoy the outdoors and have been involved in several charity fund raising group challenges such as climbing Kilimanjaro, hikes at Machu Picchu and The Great Wall, sky diving and sponsored runs.
Would love to learn a new language and become fluent, rather than the usual holiday tourist phrases!
To relax I enjoy reading, walking/hiking, sightseeing, socialising and yoga.
