Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I’ve worked as an administrator for many years, so have general office and organisational skills. More recently, in my spare time, I’ve completed an art and crafts course and conversational Spanish course at college. I’m continuing to learn Spanish using books and Duolingo. I’m also a volunteer for a community organisation that promotes positive wellbeing. This involves meeting people and helping with refreshments.

I enjoy reading mostly non-fiction, ie spiritual, self-improvement type books. I also meditate most days and although not a Buddhist, I enjoy reading about Buddhism and using Buddhist principles in my life, ie acceptance, mindfulness, gratitude, etc. I also enjoy meeting up with friends and family.
