🌍 Hi there! I’m Selina, a 29-year-old adventurer from Germany currently exploring the beautiful landscapes of Canada during my work and travel year. I’m passionate about immersing myself in Canadian culture and connecting with the wonderful people here.

🌱 I’m an organized, reliable, and tidy person who loves nature. Back home, I grow my own veggies in a raised garden bed, so I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors and sustainability.

✨ In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, catching a good movie at the cinema, or curling up with a captivating book. In Germany, I worked as a volunteer caregiver for children with disabilities. Other people really appreciate the fact that I am very open-minded and laugh a lot.

I am raised up in Germany and speak the language fluently. So if somebody would like to learn german I would love to teach it. 🇩🇪 Also i love the english language. I had learned it in school but in additional i went to a weekly english class the last two years. Now I would like to improve it a little more – thats why I am here in canada. 🇨🇦

I am a very open-minded and warm person 🧡, always ready to share my knowledge but also to gain new experiences.

The well-being of other people is very important to me. In Germany, in addition to my main job as a graphic designer 🎨, I worked as a volunteer caregiver for children 👧🏼👦🏾 with disabilities and supported my grandmother in the household and in everyday life. 🏠☀️

I grew up in a small village, love animals and grow my own vegetables at home with my boyfriend. I also enjoy walking my mom's dogs 🐶 and taking care of my neighbors' pets 🐦🐰.
