Description

Hey, my name is Samuel, I'm 20 years old and Living in Denmark, in the city Aarhus. I'm currently doing a culinary education and working as an apprentice chef, at a sustainable Michelin restaurant called Restaurant Domestic where we only use local produce. I was born and raised in the danish countryside, where I've been helping my parents out in the garden and the local forrests, building stuff, and gathering plants for different kinds of preservings.
I really enjoy meeting new people, being in nature and using my hands!

my primary skill is cooking, and preparing food.

I'm a fast learner and I'm good at using my hands for physical work

I have a some knowledge about seasonal framing, about planting and harvesting vegetables, berries and fruits.

I'm good with animals.
I've been training dogs, and working with all kinds of farm animals.

I run and climb in my freetime, so im ready for all kinds of physical activities.

I'm love meeting new people and trying new things :)
