Hello!

I'm currently looking for a meaningful project to contribute to in India and Nepal. I’d be especially interested in a project involving community building and/or permaculture.

--- HOW I CAN HELP ---

- I completed a Permaculture Design Course (PDC) and I can help with improving the sustainability of your project and suggest many useful tips to save money, live healthier and protect our beloved nature.

- I'm a (recently graduated) Yoga instructor and I'm always happy to transmit some of the wisdom that was shared with me.

- I have IT skills and I can help with building websites.

- I enjoy cooking (vegetarian food) and learning about plants.

--- ABOUT ME ---

I’m a 36 years-old French guy and I spent the last 12 years living abroad, studying and working as a engineer and researcher. However I’m now looking for a more meaningful and fulfilling activity, that would help others and the nature we live in.

I had a nomadic lifestyle for more than 4 years and my objective is to create or join an existing permaculture project, adopting an environmentally-conscious lifestyle and learning to live in intentional communities.

I love any outdoor activities (especially hiking). I enjoy playing guitar, chess and being around people :) In my spare time, I maintain blogs on permaculture, trekking, travelling and machine learning.

--- VOLUNTEERING EXPERIENCE ---

Over the last years, I volunteered at the following projects:
1. off-grid community in Catalonia (3 months): farming and general community tasks
2. permaculture finca in the North of Tenerife (3 months)
3. permaculture finca in the South of Tenerife (1 month)
4. refugee foundation in Granada (6 months) where I was helping refugees with finding a job and working in the carpentry workshop
5. eco-park in Dominican Republic (1 month): maintenance of a rain forest
6. eco-village in Romania (2 weeks): eco-building (cob house and wooden constructions)
7. home stay in the desert in Morocco (2 weeks)
8. eco-resort and web development in Hunza Valley, Pakistan (2 weeks)
9. education institute in Pakistan (1 month)
10. non-profit free school in Bihar, India (2 weeks)
11. bamboo hut construction in Assam, India (2 weeks)

I enjoyed my time at this peaceful tea garden. Pooja and her mum are kind-hearted and generous people. They made sure that I was comfortable at all times and that I had everything I needed.
