Hi everyone, I am Paulien, a Belgian woman with a lot of vibrant energy. I'm a real enthousiast for exploring all life has to offer. Open-minded, positive and curious are words that describe me well. I grew up in the country side but moved to the city to study Physical Education and Movement sciences.

Hi,
I already did some volunteering in the past. I was part of the Belgian vzw Bouworde. Bouworde is an organisation mainly focused on youth programs. They have a lot partners all over the world and want to change the perspective of the youngsters by a cultural exchange. My friend and I were responsible for the youngsters during their stay abroad.
I did 3 projects, one in Italy: renovating an old church building.
The one in Bulgaria was in the mountains, where we helped the local people. We made steps in on the mountain hill so that the elderly people could walk more easy to the top off the hill.
And the last one in Estonia was on an ecological farm. I prefer technical and ecological projects over educational projects because I like to do physical work and really like to be in nature. I would love to learn something about the local fauna & flora.
