Hello my name is Paolo and I’m ready for a new adventure with Workaway!
Even though it’s my first time on the platform, I’m not completely new to this kind of experience — I spent a year traveling abroad, working on farms and in the restaurant world. Since that experience it has been too long , and im ready to this new adventure and lifestile.
I would like to help, even if im not sure to have top skills, but i m not scare of getting my hands dirty (literally!), and not scare of hard work.. i would love learning new things, and meeting people with different stories and perspectives.
Im into:
• Nature and simple outdoor living
• learn about diy project
• Local food and cooking
• Sustainable and meaningful lifestyles
I’m a friendly, reliable person with lots of energy and curiosity. I adapt easily, work well both in a team and independently, and I’m always ready to roll up my sleeves and get involved.
What am I looking for? A real, down-to-earth experience where I can lend a hand, learn something new, and hopefully have some fun along the way.

I don’t have a specific technical skill, but I’m a quick learner, hardworking, and always willing to help wherever it’s needed.

I enjoy hands-on tasks, I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, and I approach new challenges with curiosity and a positive attitude.

So far, I’ve had experience with:

General work on farms (harvesting, digging, outdoor tasks, basic maintenance)

Restaurant and hospitality work – I’ve worked as s sous chef and pizza maker, supporting the chef and helping with food preparation during busy hours

Taking care of children – I occasionally look after my nieces, so I’m comfortable spending time with kids, playing, helping with daily routines, and being patient and caring

I’m also excited to learn more about:

- DIY projects and practical skills

- Community living

- Sustainability, agriculture, and local cooking

- And anything new life throws my way!

I may not be a pro, but I’m responsible, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile.
