Hi!
Im Orion, age 25. I am from the state of Washington, in the US. I just finished my degree in advanced manufacturing, and am traveling in Europe for the first time! I just finished the Camino Frances, a 770 km pilgrimage though Spain, and I am on my way to experience Italy for two weeks!

I love backpacking, sailing, cooking, reading, and traveling!

This is my first time on Workaway, and I can't wait to experience a little piece of life in Italy.

I am looking to meet new people and experience new cultures, foods, and lifestyles. I love to cook, and hope to learn to prepare some authentic Italian dishes. I am easy going, can get along with anyone, and bring a sunny disposition everywhere I go!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am very hard working, and you will not find me idle if there is work to be done. As mentioned in my bio, I just finished the Camino, over 40 days, so I am no stranger to simple living. I am also experienced with hard labor. I grew up on a family farm, and I spent a year volunteering on a mountain trail crew working 8 days on, with 10 hours of hard labor each day. I also worked as a manager at a learn to sail program, where I was in charge of staff, taught students from ages 6 up to adults, and was responsible for equipment maintenance.

Skills I have to offer:
- Extensive landscaping, gardening, and yardwork experience.
- Have worked with a variety of fowl, and I have some experience with mules and horses.
- love and excell at DIY projects.
- Comfortable operating heavy machinery, shop equipment, powertools, and simple work tools.
- Experience in education, and working with children.
- Cooking
