After completing over three years of service as an U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Moldova in September 2016, I taught physics and mathematics at an international school in Albania. During 2017, I explored Italy, Greece, Moldova, France, Czech Republic, England, Wisconsin, and Baja California. In 2018, I checked out the north Georgia (US) mountains, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Poland, Charleston (SC), and Santa Barbara, CA.

I enjoy cooking for 1 or 100 people and I am a domestic goddess (sew, iron, laundry, etc.) and organizer extraordinaire, teacher of math, English and yoga, lover of all animals (horse rider, goat milker, and chicken tender) as well as proficient on the computer (Excel, Word, bookkeeping,etc.) and internet. Also, I love to pull weeds, compost, and recycle.

Dear Pam and James, Thank you for your kindness and generosity. I love to weed, but this was my first time working with roses. I spilled a bit of blood, but the variety of rose scents in the air made it all worthwhile. Their dog, Bella, and the free-roaming chickens that roost in the tree at night added diversion as well as a trip to the horse… read more

Brenda is a great host providing wonderful accommodations, plentiful and delicious food, and a variety of projects. I spent two weeks during late September/early October. Lynn was a great and skilled workawayer who took on a job and stuck to it til the bitter end. she made a wonderful job of scraping and varnishing/painting the stable doors which lost years of neglect and rushed jobs. Also a great cook and time keeper!

I spent two weeks in early June at the Wither’s lovely estate in Jurançon. Lynn was a great workawayer. She is efficient, hardworking and adaptable. Her hard work completely rejuvenated my bathroom and transformed the chaotic cupboards and kitchen into lovely well organised spaces. I did have to frequently remind her to take a break!
