I am in a period of transition, so I want to invest this time in gaining meaningful experience in what interests me most: regaining a relationship with nature, plants, human and non-human animals. I am interested in organic farming, self-building, animal shelters, solidarity economy and personal growth.

I'm very good at social research (PhD in sociology), teaching and intellectual work in general. I have experience in social and educational work.
I love sports, animals and nature. I am a former judo and boxing athlete, certified PT and Animal Flow Instructor (L1). I enjoy exploring movement (animal flow, yoga, mobility).
I'm quite good at outdoor activities and manual work (gardening, maintenance, animal care).
In 2024 I lived and worked on a vegan holiday farm with an animal sanctuary (near Bologna).
I love music and play both electric and acoustic guitar.
I adapt to any context and learn quickly.
I love to cook (vegan).
