Description

Hi 💛 my name is Nicole and for the past five years I have been full time travelling with my backpack around Europe, Middle East and Asia.
My main purpose has always been to allow life to unfold itself and learn through it.
Seven years before I had started an inner journey through meditation and I simply started to follow (and trust) the calls, wherever they were going to take me.
It has been a very transformative process, always changing its shape.
I am a creative soul, easily amazed by the subtle wonders of life—stones, clouds, poetry, sounds, winds, animals, and the energy of souls. Life and the vast universe inspire me deeply. My happiness and fulfillment come from exploring myself, nature, and the many truths and insights that this journey offers.
Alongside with volunteering, in the last two years I started actively teaching English and practice Reiki.
After six years of deep practices, I recently completed a Yoga teacher training in South India and I found a deep love for teaching (as well as constantly learning) asana, meditation and pranayama.
Through the years, I have been volunteering as an all rounder, (vegan/vegetarian) cook, gardener, taking care of animals (cats-dogs-horses) and painter.
I am now looking forward to find my next project to dedicate to, whether through teaching, cooking, gardening or bringing a creative touch to the place (paintings, mosaics, murales, etc)
I seek Workaway experiences because they offer a unique way to immerse myself in local cultures, build genuine relationships, and contribute meaningfully through my skills.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Back in Italy, Milan, I’ve accomplished my degree in product and landscape designer. After that I’ve worked for an art gallery in Verona for three years ... sometimes we reach our dreams just to realise that is time to build (and pursue) a new one!

I have started travelling back when I was a kid and I never stopped. My first solo travel has been when I was 15yro in Barcelona and since then I have never stopped!

From July 2020 to September 2021 I've been backpacking through Portugal, balancing the exploration of the land with volunteering (trough WOOF, Worldpackers and Workaway, sometimes through connections). On the magical Portuguese land I have been on a food forest, a permaculture project, a small horse farm, an organic farm, a hostel, a guest house, an old restored Quinta and a lovely little project on the mountains.

From October 2021 until December 2021 I have been in the Netherlands, exploring the country (mainly rural parts) and working in the flower fields.

This variety of experiences allowed me to learn about new things as well as diving more into my skills.
I love to put my painting and carpentry skills in good use, helping to restore spaces as well as beautifying it.
I am a fast learner and I really love to be in help, especially when it comes to animals and nature projects.
I look tiny but I am super strong!
I am a painter/illustrator, writer and singer, intuitive being, tarot reader and dream walker.
I believe on the power of connecting to ourselves and our unity, I practice yoga and meditation
