Description

Hello, my name is Nick and I'm 26 years old. I completed my training as a carpenter three years ago. The craft is an important part of my life and I can no longer imagine life without it. That's why I see my travels as a "free journeyman's hike". I explored the beautiful countries of Denmark and Sweden on a Vespa, but switched back to a car in August this year. The Vespa is still my companion ;).

During my apprenticeship, I specialised in restoring half-timbered houses (in southern Germany). 
I then worked for a year in another joinery in the furniture construction and assembly department. Then, by chance, I ended up working on the west coast of Sweden. I liked it, but after a while I missed the practical approach of a carpenter.
That summer I was able to work for a German carpenter in southern Sweden for a few months.
There I was able to learn a lot about traditional Swedish houses.

I have travelled with my Vespa (built in 1975) through Denmark, Sweden. Due to technical problems, I switched back to a car in August this year, but the Vespa is still with me. I still want to travel through Sweden, Norway and Finland.
I am almost always in a good mood and very interested in learning new skills and passing on knowledge.
I would like to learn how to weld.
