Description
I am an active semi-retired single mother and grandmother who is looking to start travelling for short periods of time...I like to keep busy though so think workaway is a great option... I am still working part-time as a med lab tech and therefore need to limit this year's travel to two weeks at a time. I love the outdoors and all climates, my favourite season is winter and all the outdoor activities that it offers. i have lots of experience with kids as i have raised my own, am very involved with grandchildren and have done 10+yrs of fostering. I have coached all ages in soccer and also ran the league in my small town. I have 10+yrs experience in milking (cows, parlour system). I love physical work although I am not the strongest person, but i do have high energy and endurance for long days. So basically I am interested in many types of situations....i can work with kids, elderly, animals....will work indoors or out....can clean and cook...am interested in learning permaculture and sustainable living....looking forward to kickstarting many years of adventures and making friends worldwide
