Hello! we are Lucas and Monica, we are a couple from El Salvador in our thirties (both 32 y/o).
Here are some facts about us. We love the outdoors, animals and we both describe ourselves as a people person. We are open minded and we are looking for new experiences, cultural exchanges and appreciation of the beauty of the world. We truly believe that traveling trough Workaway opportunities will help us to deepen our relationship with this beautiful earth and everything it has to offer.

We are a very responsible and self driven couple, we have been planning this travel together and prior to signing up for workaway we ensured our financial stability and health so we can give the best of us wherever this trip takes us, during this period we have even learned some DIY for our home and this way we have become more creative and open minded.
Mónica -
Customer Service Skills: working in the tourism industry has given me exceptional customer service skills back end and front end as I interacted with customers on daily basis. I also completed my professional background with a Master in creation and development of small businesses in Spain, along with a certification in quality compliance.
Strategic thinking and planning: my vision is always to plan in short, mid and long term, as I worked in the call center industry and lead the operations with 150 employees under my supervision while also taking care of implementing and executing action plans to run the business and comply with the quarterly and annual goals.
Soft skills - troughout my job and volunteering expertise I have gained multiple soft skills such as time management, networking, teamwork, conflict resolution, adaptability, interpersonal relationships and others.
Lucas-
Teamwork: since I have always worked giving service to others I like to be surrounded by people and share.
Microsoft Excel: I'm an advanced user of the Microsoft Excel app because it was the main tool of one of my jobs.
Analytical skills: As I was the Manger of a company it was a must to develop this skill besides I like numbers.
