Description

I was born and raised in Italy. Here, I studied in the hospitality high school, a faculty where you get introduced into the hospitality industry. At the age of 16 I started my first job experience inside a restaurant kitchen: I used to chop onions and potatoes in order to make them ready to cook by the chefs in charge. Jumping over 10 years gap, I moved to London UK at the age of 26.
Many things changed by the years, I used to be a former waiter and eventually a bartender. I studied English classes for immigrants the second year I lived there, and by the time being I was able to be an active part of the London active working fast paced society.
I met so many brilliant people during this time of my life, some of them are still my closest acquaintances ever.
2020 was a difficult year for me: forced to come back home, Verona (Italy), due to the coronavirus. That is the time I met my former job employer, a truly simple guy who treated me with respect. After 5 years spanned between hard work and many accomplishments, I decided to change significantly my life: I quit my job the end of September.
I want to do something else in my life in order to see if I can handle every situation I will front . I am too much curious to explore the world outside my comfort zone: I want to start from south east Asia, specifically Malesya and Thailand and I will travel across those two countries around the middle of October and the November. I will be roaming around anyway, trying to be able to help anybody of needed, in exchange for a simple talk either for a quick meal.
