We are a couple Merle (32 from Estonia) and Arthur (31 from France) traveling together with our 15-month-old dog Hugo in our converted VW Transporter. We lived in different countries such as England, Germany, Estonia, and France and have been traveling and volunteering in both Europe and South and Central America. Some of the volunteering experiences have been short whereas others have stretched over a longer period - Arthur worked with people with disabilities in Germany and Merle with children in an integrational kindergarten. Currently, we are traveling across Europe to visit our friends in ecovillages and community projects to get a clearer insight into this world to soon start our project in France.

Salut! My name is Arthur, I'm a 31 French man who just quit his job in the field of Youth Work to go on the road and look for a better and alternative lifestyle, meaning exiting the stress of the cities and finding sense in everyday life through activities and relationships. I can help with DIY buildings, basic woodwork, gardening, sharing knowledge on EU and volunteering opportunities, fix bikes (I have a basic toolset with me!). That's about it but I'm curious and always happy to learn new things.
Tere! My name is Merle. I am a researcher who recently finished her studies in social entrepreneurship in Tallinn before moving to Paris. After my studies in Estonia, which I finished remotely in Paris, I focused on learning French and committed myself to a long-term training course related to community project facilitation and the CLIPS methods (for which I have a certificate). I also have studied in England, Denmark, and Portugal for a diversity of academic, cultural, and language exchange experiences. In addition, I have solid experience in childcare, gardening, farming, woodwork, and construction work (refurbishing a house and a flat).Âge

Autres infos...
Arthur - has some knowledge of bicycle repair, likes to climb, and is great at cooking some traditional French cuisine (vegan/vegetarian versions of them)
Merle - has a background in photography and social entrepreneurship, is crafty in knitting, sewing, etc., and also really enjoys cooking North and East European and Asian cuisine (vegan/vegetarian versions of them)
Both - we love taking hikes, swimming, cycling, woodwork, gardening, foraging, reading and simply enjoying the simple pleasures of life.Informations complémentaires
