Hello everyone!
My name is Max, I'm 21 years old and I live in Germany near Cologne.
I am currently finishing my last semester of studying business administration in Cologne
In 2022, after I finished school, I was on a farm in southern Norway for two months.
It was truly a lifechanging experience for me, because I got to know so many new things and it was so different to the daily lifestyle I was used to back home. In 2023 I’ve been to Iceland for six weeks and was helping a family there.
I love learning new things and especially to enjoy the pure magic of the nature.
My friends would probably describe me as extroverted, but I also know when to be quiet instead of making another joke :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As one of 4 siblings, (two older and one younger) I learned from my childhood how to deal with older siblings and learn from them and teaching new things to my younger brother as well. Due to a disability from my mother, I learned how to take care and help more at home.
Because of my many cousins, I also know how to deal with children :)
On my farmstays in Norway, Portugal and Finland I got to know many new things and learned a lot about farming life.

In my free time I love to learn more about history and culture
I also play piano, table tennis, tennis, basketball and chess, but the best is still to enjoy the pure magic of the nature

Max was our last workaway volunteer for the summer. The fall was starting, kids were at school and things were slowing down from the busyness of the summer months. What else to say than WOW? I stayed with Eric and Sallas family for round about three weeks. From helping building a new terrace, to feeding the animals and picking apples from the trees. Max is a sweet and quiet person who likes the nature. He shared a lot with us from his home town. He mostly helped Fjalar with his carpentry project when he stayed with us. He was independent on his free time and connected with other travelers in the area.
