Hi, I'm Marika from Japan!

I'm a friendly person who enjoys meeting new people and trying new things. This is my second time in Australia, and I’m really excited to experience local life, learn new skills, and be helpful through Workaway.

I used to work at a city office in Japan, where I supported local residents in various ways. Through that experience, I learned how to be flexible, considerate, and attentive to others' needs—qualities I believe are important when staying in someone’s home.

I enjoy helping with household tasks like dishwashing, tidying up, and spending time with children. I’m also happy to assist with light DIY work, painting, or gardening. I value teamwork and would love to be part of a household where we can share culture, daily life, and maybe even some laughs.
