Description
Hello! I just graduated with my degree in Environmental Science, and I am looking to learn about alternative, eco-friendly ways of living while engaging in cultural and societal exchanges. Community is extremely important to me, and I am looking to learn how to live as part of an agricultural community. I love doing a multitude of tasks and being outdoors; I love cooking especially, and have knowledge of plants and ecology. I also play instruments and dance, and I am always looking to share musical moments and laughter with others. I am active, easygoing, enthusiastic, helpful, and a participant!

I have a real spirit for adventure and cooperation to find solutions to problems and new challenges. I spent a month in the Peruvian Amazon this year to do research, and I learned to communicate with the staff and locals even though I didn't speak the language, navigated the rainforest and rowed on the lake, and designed a research project with two other people. I'm highly adaptable and love spending as much time outside as I can. I have worked as a wild bird rehabilitator, a waitress, an ecology researcher, and a school journalist :)
