Description
Hi everyone, I'm 19 years old and just finished school this year so now I've fulfilled myself a lifelong dream - travelling to Australia!
I come from a rather small town in Germany (Dresden) and grew up there with my parents and 5 siblings. We live a little outside the city and always had, and still have, several pets (a dog, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs...)
I love being outdoors and working outside, no matter if it's in the garden or has something to do with animal care, and generally love animals. I like to be busy (although I would never say no to a good book on a comfy couch ;)) and I'm always more than happy to help with anything that comes to mind - if it's something I don't know, I'm definitely interested to learn!
I also am a big fan of kids and taking care of them, I'm a 5-time Aunti myself already so I also have quite some experience (with newborns aswell as toddlers and older children).
To tell you a little bit more about myself - I'm a quite positive person and love to get to meet other people and get to know about there culture and lifestyle. I really like baking and cooking, reading, music/playing instruments or singing, sports and, as I already said childcare and being in nature or spending time with animals. Also I am really interested in the whole medical field and am trained in first aid. Due to that interest I was a voluntary member of the German Red Cross for about two years.
I'm easily motivated so for whatever you need me, I'm excited to help you with anything I'm able to do.
I really want to get to know Australia as much as possible and hopefully many lovely and interesting people along the way, so I'm looking forward to meeting you all!

I love languages and would love to learn some! I find so many languages interesting, I can't even pick a favourite. I would say I'm fluent in English but it's definitely not perfect so I'm always happy to improve it ;) My mother tongue is German, if anybody is interested in that language I could, of course, try to teach you some of it

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Growing up I often helped around our big garden and also I'm taking care of several pets for many years now.
I'm able to cook and bake and cleaning or helping around the house is absolutely normal for me.
I've had a part time job aside from school for two years at Café, otherwise I have no other job experiences but I'm always interested and willing to learn new tasks!
I am experienced in childcare though, as I have small and older children living with us at home and I love taking care if them.
I also did internships in hospitals, a bakery and on a farm so I gained some experience in these fields:)
All in all I'm eager to help and am able to work rather independently, if necessary.
PS: I do have a drivers licence but I'm here without a vehicle and left-hand traffic is new for me but I generally like driving so if it should be needed, there probably will be a way to work it out... :)
